Why wait? Haven't families of victims waited long enough? Seems like a worthwhile venture to me, and it has provided some answers already.
It's true!
Cold case playing cards have already proven to be effective. In the state of Florida is has solved a number of crimes. There is hope that other states in the US will also be using them soon. As for Canada, well, let's hope so!
Time it's all a matter of time.
